The Minnesota Wing preserves the first-hand oral histories of those who served and witnessed WWII and more recent conflicts. On July 1st, 1971, the Southern Minnesota Wing was formed and officially became the first CAF Unit ever created and started operating as the northern maintenance arm of the CAF.
South St. Paul Municipal-Richard E. Fleming Field houses the hangar and facilities in which the CAF uses for their living museum.
